CAREER ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING PROGRAM (CAP)
This new and exciting Career Development Tool can help your key employees to
grow, develop and change in concert with the current and future needs of your
organization. While helping to provide a systematic and structured approach for
identifying, developing and placing the most skilled and talented people in the
right positions is the primary goal, there are many other valuable and useful

Career Assessment and Planning Process
The Career Assessment and Planning program format can be completed on an individual
and a group basis. The group program consists of two, two-hour sessions with two
hours of individual follow-up with the consultant. The individual program consists
of approximately six hours of individual consultation time. Each participant will
need to spend approximately one hour follow-up with their HR Manager/Supervisor
to review the employee's career action plan.
